Via our website we collect personal data that you provide: name, email address and the content of your message. This happens through the contact form, newsletter form, adoption enquiry form and volunteer form.
What do we use your data for?
We use your data only for the purpose for which you left it: to respond to your message, send you the newsletter, process your adoption enquiry or follow up your volunteer registration. We never sell your data to third parties.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep contact messages for up to 2 years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each newsletter.
What tools do we use?
We use Supabase (database), Resend (email), Google Analytics (website statistics) and Cloudflare (security). These parties process data on our behalf and are bound by strict processor agreements.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your data. Email info@savedsouls-foundation.org for this. We will respond within 4 weeks.
